In my spare time I am a volunteer community first responder (CFR) for South Central Ambulance Service, attending emergency 999 calls in my local area ahead of an ambulance. I've supported Sobell House for many years, but my CFR role has given a real insight into the charity's amazing work, through meeting patients and their families. That's why I am delighted to be running my 4th London Marathon supporting Sobell House this year.

£727 could pay for a day’s care for a patient on the specialist inpatient unit where they will be cared for with compassion and kindness 👨🏻‍⚕️

£1,058 could fund Sobell House and all palliative care services both in the Hospice and the community for a whole hour, supporting up to 650 patients at any one time 🏥
