Story

Chris sadly lost his one and only Brother, Mat Bayfield, 5 years ago, following a long battle with an inoperable brain tumour.

Mat was very heavily into sport and fitness so, out of inspiration from this, and to do something he knows Mat would be very proud of, Chris is putting the challenge on himself to lose 5 stone in weight (1 stone for every year Mat has passed).

Every Saturday morning, on his Alde & Blyth Community Radio breakfast show (www.abcradio.co.uk) Chris will provide an update on his progress. He'll also post updates here.

Please show your support by pledging a donation here - these will go straight to the charity and you will have the option to gift aid.
