We provide specialist care and support to to people with life limiting conditions

Story

At the ripe old age of 41 I’ve decided I needed a challenge, and to raise funds and awareness for an incredible local charity, which is so close to so many peoples hearts.

So, on March 23rd I’ll be White Collar boxing in Cardiff, for the Hospice of the Valleys.

The Hospice of the Valleys specialist Palliative Care can help patients and their families with physical, emotional, social and financial problems that are difficult to control. They can help to plan ahead, provide support at the end of life and through bereavement.

Hospice of the Valleys cares for people whose illnesses are no longer curable. They aim to care for and support people in the place of their choice, whether it is in their own homes, supported by their Hospice at Home and Community Teams, in their Out-Patient Clinic, or in the local Hospitals. The Hospice also provides a wide range of other important services and support for all those who need it.

Why they need your support

The importance of supporting a local Hospice as opposed to a large Charity can never be underestimated. With the current cost of living crisis, they need support more than ever so they can continue to offer FREE support to all those who need it.

Any amount would be incredible, and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart in advance
