Some wonderful followers are taking on the challenge of doing thee final 67Km of the Camino De Santiago in northern Spain

Story

Chris and Rowena are embarking on a 67-kilometer, three-day trek along the famous Camino Francés—the French Way in Spain—to raise vital funds for St. Kentigern Hospice, based in St Asaph.

This charity provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to patients, offering its clinical services entirely free of charge to individuals and families across Denbighshire, West Flintshire, and East Conwy. Last year, the amazing clinical team supported over 645 individuals through a 12 bed Inpatient Unit, Wellbeing Hwb, and Family Support Team.

This remarkable journey will take them to the enchanting Santiago Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its breath taking Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.

Supporting St. Kentigern Hospice holds deep significance for us. It honours the memory of Chris's late parents, Maldwyn and Glenis, who were supporters of the hospice, as well as Rowena's late parents, Robert and Evelyn Lloyd Jones, whose mother was once a patient there.

A small donation would make a significant impact in helping the hospice continue its essential work and we are very grateful for any contribution you would like to make.
