As I hit the big 4-0 this year, I decided to take on a challenge and cross off a few things from my bucket list. One of those is participating in Tough Mudder Manchester 2024, which is a mud marathon with a number of epic obstacles to complete.

I'm raising funds for Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Charity, an organisation close to my heart due to the incredible support they provide to patients at LTH. Through my work, I've witnessed firsthand the difference this charity makes in improving patient care and facilities at our hospitals.
