Hi all,

As most of you know, running and me don’t go well together but i am putting on my running shoes for such a great reason…

This year i am taking part in a couple of Tough Mudders alongside work colleagues to support one of our colleagues Dan, who is raising funds for Children’s Heart Surgery Fund by completing all Tough Mudder Events in the UK.

Dan wanted to give back and support the brilliant life saving work this charity does after his son fell ill 10 days after entering the world with a serious heart condition. Fortunately, Fred made a full recovery and is enjoying life like a little boy should.

Please help me in raising as much as possible for this great charity!
