Your challenge is to walk, jog or run 100 miles in October. You can spread it across the month any way you like. How about walking to or from work? Or adding an extra few miles on an autumn walk in the countryside?

Story

Along with my wonderful NDCS marketing and fundraising colleagues, I'm walking and running 100 Miles in October for the National Deaf Children's Society and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £50. Every little bit helps!

As you probably know, I'm also quite competitive - and this is also a competition between a number of different teams at NDCS to see who can go the furthest and raise the most. Pride is at stake, please help me out!
