We offer vital end of life care and support to local people when they need it most.

Story

My mum, Steph has suffered with multiple cancers in her life, and has gone through a number of operations to remove them from various parts of her body. Sadly, she has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and has been receiving trial chemotherapy treatment that may prolong her life for a little while longer. I have teamed up with my partner Caroline, to complete the Ride London event to raise funds for two amazing charities.

In recognition of the amazing work that the care workers from Douglas MacMillan Hospice workers provide to mum, and all those suffering and needing palliative care, we are completing the Ridelondon Essex 100 mile road bike ride to raise money that will go towards the fabulous work that these wonderful people do to make the last week's and months of our loved ones life so much more comfortable. Thank you all
