Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

I’ve been fortunate to get a place in the ballot for this year’s London marathon. Although running a marathon is a bucket-list goal for me, I also want to use this as an opportunity to raise money for Martin House Children’s Hospice.

Martin House is an amazing place that supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire. Their vision is that every child and young person has access to palliative care when and where they need it.

I’ve seen first hand the support this charity has brought to friends and colleagues, and all funds raised through this page will be donated to the Evelyn Lambert fund of Martin House, in remembrance of an inspirational little girl, who sadly passed away aged 7 months in October 2021.
