I've signed up to take part in the Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme Legends Game in early May - raising vital funds for Create A Dream Foundation, a brilliant local charity.

As a massive Wednesday fan this will an enjoyable experience so I'm not looking for donations to cover me to take part! I'll be covering the suggested donation of £400, so anything raised will be on top of that.

The pitch at Hillsborough felt big when I played on it 14 years ago so I suspect it will be problematic this time around! Given I'm now the wrong side of 40 and of 'questionable fitness' there is a good chance I may struggle to survive. Particularly after undoubtedly enjoying a few beverages on the Friday evening.
