On the 21st April (knees permitting) I'll be running the London Marathon 2024, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

Following the arrival of baby Nancy, my wife Hannah is taking a breather from running marathons, so I am picking up the baton!

The BHF holds special significance for our family, following our eldest daughter’s heart surgery a few years ago.

We owe a huge debt of gratitude, and raising a bit of money helps us to support a worthy cause.
