I have decided to (albeit last minute) take part in this years AJ Bell Great North Run to support Headway. Headway are a UK wide charity that works to improve life after brain injury by providing vital support to those who've suffered with such injuries.

As many of you know, running's probably not my forte, and I haven't taken part in this event since 2015, when I was a little fitter.
