I’ve set myself a huge challenge to complete a 10K run whilst raising money for the charity Heads On.

You all know I’m a mental health nurse and work in an inpatient hospital. The trust I work for has its own charity called Heads On.

“Heads On is a charity that supports projects that help make life better for people that come to Sussex Partnership for help each year. We fund things that go above and beyond what the NHS is able, to support people who suffer from mental health problems still achieve their ambitions. This could help us to support projects to build therapeutic gardens, sensory rooms, materials for art therapy sessions, care packages for when service users have a longer stay with us or assist with pioneering research”.
