Here is my story involving both of these incredible charities:-

As some of you may know, I lost my sister Emma 17 years ago to Hodgkins Lymphoma, just after her 16th birthday. Since then my family has been heavily involved with The Royal Marsden Cancer charity where Emma was treated, by setting up our own charity Emma’s Bubble Trust in Emma’s memory. All proceeds go towards helping teenagers and their families undergoing cancer treatment at the Royal Marsden. 🫧

Also my lovely mum is a survivor of breast cancer after being diagnosed in 2019. She continues to this day to be well looked after by The Royal Marsden where she goes for regular checks now she is in remission 🫶🏼

A bit more about Emma’s Bubble Trust:

Emma’s Bubble Trust works in partnership with The Royal Marsden, helping to support teenagers undergoing cancer treatment and their families. The biggest achievement of EBT to date is buying, running and maintaining a fully furnished flat for patients and their families to stay in while receiving treatment. The flat is conveniently located around the corner from the Royal Marsden hospital in Sutton.

I would also just like to shout out my amazing parents who pour their hearts and souls into the charity to help others going through this and to also keep Emma’s memory alive. Love you both so much and am so very proud to be your daughter 🩷
