I am doing this challenge as my father has Dementia. As a family, we care for my father and have seen significant changes in his personality and functioning. It is impacting his daily functioning making everyday tasks challenging. My father's diagnosis has affected us all as a family as he is changing into someone we are struggling to recognise.

Please help us raise awareness of this condition and Alzheimer’s Society who do amazing work for those suffering with this condition.
