Story

Hello everyone,

My name is Cheryl and I am a Midwife and the Manager of the Antenatal and Postnatal ward at George Eliot Hospital

I have signed up to climb and summit Mount Toubkal, North Africa's highest mountain.

Mount Toubkal stands 13,671ft (4,167m) above sea level and commands superb views of the High Atlas Mountains. The trek passes through impressive landscapes on well-defined paths, dramatic views towards Marrakech and the Anti-Atlas Mountains.

The trek is taking place on Thursday 17th April 2025 till Monday 21st April 2025

The funds raised from the Mount Toubkal Trek will go to the “Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth's George Eliot Hospital Breast Care Unit Appeal”. The funds raised from the Mount Toubkal Trek will be used by the George Eliot Hospital Charity to support the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust to provide excellent care to our patients and their families.

Thank you so much for your support

Cheryl
