I will be running the Blickling Spring Half Marathon in March next year for East Anglian Air Ambulance.

I have only ever ran a half marathon once before, about a decade ago, and I ran it in 2hrs 11mins! I was definitely fitter back then so I need to get training asap if I want to hit a time anywhere near that! Training commences in 3, 2, 1...

I am supporting EAAA to ensure their crews can continue to be there for people in the most serious of medical emergencies, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We must ensure their crews are able to be there for those in serious medical emergencies in East Anglia and beyond! East Anglian Air Ambulance receives no regular government funding and relies entirely on the generous support of the community. Their crews are tasked an average of 8 times a day across our two bases, with each mission costing in the region of £3,750. They can reach anywhere in the region within 25 minutes, when every second can make the difference to a patient in their time of need.

Please help me reach my target! :)
