Mind in Kingston is the lead charity in Kingston upon Thames for mental health. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our community with a mental health issue gets support and respect.

We support around 1600 people with mental health issues in our local community every year. We influence local mental health policy and challenge mental health stigma and discrimination.

We have joined up with RunThrough to raise vital funds for our charity at the Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon so we can maintain our services, and support people to maintain good mental health, keep connected with others, reduce loneliness and isolation, and reduce the need for medical intervention.
