Story

Charmaine and the family dearly want to raise awareness of Poland Syndrome and to help raise funds for a charity very close to their hearts.

The family have chosen Charmaine's 70th birthday celebrations to support this great cause in lieu of presents and in turn help to improve support, diagnosis and treatment for all families affected by Poland Syndrome.

We are the only charity in the UK that provides invaluable support to anyone affected by Poland Syndrome, a rare limb difference. Poland syndrome is a condition where a child is born with missing or underdeveloped chest muscles, and can affect the ribs, shoulder, arm, internal organs & hand.
