2024 sees our GameBlast group take on a classic setting of Firetop Mountain!

The classic Fighting Fantasy Warlock of Firetop Mountain started it's life as a choose your own adventure has gotten a video game and more importantly a tabletop RPG!

We'll be taking part in two mammoth 12-hour roleplaying sessions on February 24 and 25th whilst raising money for the fantastic Special Effect during their GameBlast event.

Whilst video games won't solve the world's problems they can help to boost the quality of life of people with physical challenges that might otherwise exclude them from the enjoyment that games bestow.

Special Effect work to optimise inclusion, enjoyment and quality of life by helping people control video games to the best of their abilities for as long as they need them. Their team of occupational therapists and gaming specialists in the UK create bespoke control setups for hundreds of individuals each year, with their R&D team using what they learn in the field to develop freely-available resources and solutions to help level the playing field for gamers with physical challenges all over the world.
