Story
Hi friends and family,
As many of you know, I work for this amazing charity and have done so for the last 10 years. I am so passionate about the great work that our staff and volunteers do to source and send bikes to our partners in Africa and I want to do something to celebrate my 10 years and further support the communities in Africa that I have had the privilege to visit over the last few years.
I have seen first hand how a bike can transform someone's life, from enabling a school girl to get to school safely in Sierra Leone to someone carrying more of their farmed goods to market to sell each day in Zambia. A bike can really change a life.
Many of you may also know that I am really not a cyclist so this 100 mile challenge will be tough but I am looking forward to it!
If you are able to support me I would really appreciate it, every pound raised will be going towards sending more bikes to Africa to make a difference to someone's life.
Thankyou.

For many people in Africa, a bicycle is their only mode of transport, enabling them to get to school, work and access healthcare.
Re-Cycle bicycles have been a lifeline for countless individuals, allowing them to carry passengers and heavy loads, and giving families the extra time to earn, learn, and enjoy life.
I am taking on the 100-mile cycling challenge this September to stay active and support Re-Cycle's mission of transforming lives through bicycles.
