In June 2024 I will be taking part in and volunteering on the mental health placement in Sri Lanka. This programme provides insight into the various forms of mental health therapy found in Sri Lankan communities, whilst getting to shadow practitioners in both Western and Ayurvedic fields.

Over the next few months I will be raising money to help fund my trip and support Sri Lankan communities through the Travelteer charity. Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
