I'm taking part in a 100 kilometre challenge that starts on Boxing Day 2024 and finishes on 31st January 2025. I'm raising money for CoppaFeel! - the breast cancer awareness charity.

I've joined a team of people taking on this challenge - the BreastCancer100. We will each be covering 100 kilometres (62 miles) in 37 days - by running, walking, cycling, or a combination - see https://www.pygott-crone.com/breastcancer100/

CoppaFeel educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests regularly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves. They do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
