As many of you know we lost our Sooz last year. I haven’t had the opportunity to help the team fundraise yet, so my goal is to complete RUN Hereford 2024 less than 5 months after my caesarean section!

We spent a lot of time at St Michaels during Sooz’s last days and it really is the most fantastic place full of so many heroes.

By supporting St Michaels Hospice we will continue to give care for the people in our community that need us, whether that's pain relief, respite or counselling support.

I appreciate that not everyone can afford to give during the current economic climate but exposure and awareness of this wonderful place is just as valuable.
