On the 25th August the 4 of us are attempting the National 3 Peaks Challenge, to climb the highest peak in England, Scotland and Wales in 24 hours. It will be a huge challenge but we are all dedicated to completing the trek within the time and raising as much money as possible for 1625 IP!

Over the next year I am planning a number of fundraising events for 1625 Independent People with my final challenge being to Trek Mount Kilimanjaro!

I am raising money for 1625 Independent People, a youth homelessness prevention charity supporting young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, in Bristol and the South West. As well as providing safe, stable accommodation, 1625 provide practical and emotional support to ensure vulnerable young people can build healthy relationships, develop independent living skills and can access jobs and training, in order to thrive as an independent adult.

They cannot do any of this without our support, so your donations will ensure these vital services continue. For example:

£5.30 could provide a bus day ticket, ensuring a young person can get to work or school

£18 could provide ingredients for a cooking session for four young people

£50.55 could provide a court for up to 15 young people to play football

£70 could support one young person to be Independent People Ambassador Board member for 6 months

£977 could provide eight Employment, Education and Training coaching sessions to help a young person move into employment
