As many of you know, I hate running and cold weather but I do love Christmas and Clowns Without Borders. I'd therefore really appreciate if you can donate a wee something! (I know the date says 4th December but I'm running on the 5th.)

Clowns Without Borders are an incredible organisation that bring joy to children and families all over the world who have been displaced. I was very honoured to train with them earlier this year and I'd love to help them continue their great work.

More children than ever before are living in crisis.

43.3m children live in forced displacement, with 60% displaced from their homes by conflict and violence

Children cannot wait for the end of the crisis to be children again.

Whether in temporary shelters abroad or right here in the UK,

Children need the opportunity to play now.
