As a trio we are taking part at Blenheim Triathlon this Saturday as a relay team. Sarah is first out of the blocks with the swim, then its Graeme with the cycling topped off by Charlie with the run. We are part of the Kensal Tri team in order to raise the profile of sports and fitness in our local area and invest in coaching, equipment and sports kit for our amazing local primary school.
