Hi All,

On the 13th April 2025, I’ll be undertaking the Paris Marathon raising money for Dementia Uk.

Dementia is an umbrella term for a range of progressive conditions that affect the brain. Each type of dementia stops a person’s brain cells (neurones) working properly in specific areas, affecting their ability to remember, think and speak.

This charity is especially close to my heart as I, and many others have seen first hand the impact that Dementia has not only on the individual but also those closest to them.

Those who know me will also know I hate running and this will certainly be a challenge for me to complete!!

Please be as generous as you can and I appreciate anything you can do in terms of support.
