This year I am racing in relay covering over 550 miles in three days across Belgium, Luxembourg & France. At the start we will be riding the iconic Oude de Kwaremont followed by the Muur van Geraardsbergen. In short, think dangerous cobblestones especially when wet and a very steep hill. Then we finish in the Vosges mountains with some very steep climbs.

We are raising money for British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research along with the amazing Demelza, Childrens Hospice. Given the cost of living crisis that everybody is experiencing, our charity partners are currently suffering more than ever before in how they fund their various programmes so our activities this autumn are all the more urgent.

There cannot be a better way to raise money, get fit and look ridiculous in a lycra bib......
