Ian Carter, Jamie Gladstone, Robert Turner and Charles Cook are all keen motorcyclists and have had the crazy idea to ride from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise some money for the Samaritans.

We are starting at Lands End at sunrise and aim to reach John O'Groats by sunset of the same day.

Total Trip of 839(ish) miles estimated travel time of 14 hours and 49 minutes.

Sunrise is at 05:14 at Lands End and sunset is 22:26 at John O'Groats, giving us 17 hours and 12 minutes of daylight, how hard can it be?

We will be keeping to national speed limits, and the 23rd June is very close to the longest day of the year.

As the Samaritans are Price Bailey LLP's charity this year they will be matching all donations.
