Story
For the last two years I’ve been on a mission to remove the stigma of second hand shopping and charity shopping.
I’ve been hoping to get as many people as I can in the charity shops while sending out the message that the money you spend in the charity shops goes to the charity and helps fund the incredible work they do.
As an ambassador for the The Air Ambulance and Children’s Air Ambulance service I have had the chance to visit the helicopter base and see how incredible the work that they do is, also how much it costs to just go out one mission.
Every penny counts, just £5 can put cannulas on an Air Ambulance while £25 can pay for safety ear defenders for a child.
I’m challenging myself to come out of the charity shop for a week and trek across the Sahara Desert to help raise money for them.
This is a huge challenge for me and I’m so excited for you to join me on the journey
Please donate whatever you can it’s very much appreciated.
I’ll try and source all of my kit from the charity shop too … which is what I’m very excited about 😂 better get shopping!
Wish me luck and thank for your support.

Children’s Air Ambulance is an inter-hospital transfer service flying critically ill babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and the risk for little patients.
We receive no government funding for our daily missions. Your support keeps us flying, thank you.
