HOMELESS CHARITY TO BECOME HOMELESS Due to unforeseen circumstances Newbury Soup Kitchen has been given notice to leave our Operational Unit in Newbury from mid-March 2025. We are in desperate need of new accommodation to house our services.

Story

Jan 2017 Meryl set up NSK. It is a voluntary organisation, providing help & support people experiencing homelessness & vulnerably housed. All are greeted with hot food, outreach & advocacy at different sessions throughout the week. We are currently looking for a building in Newbury to provide a bigger & more comprehensive service. We do however provide shower tokens, drug/alcohol support outreach, laundry vouchers, benefit advice, hair cuts, community nurses, liver scans, eye tests & much more. Improving the lives of those in our community.
