Jake (and I) are trekking up Yr Wyddfa overnight on 19th July to raise money for cancer research
“I want to challenge myself to help my Mum help others who are struggling with cancer. If you can spare a little money to help support these great causes I’d be very grateful”
I'm trekking Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Wales’ highest peak at 1085m, to support Cardiff University's neuroscience and mental health, and cancer research. I'm supporting the next generation of researchers, to help accelerate life-changing discoveries to improve prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for people living with a wide range of conditions.
Cardiff's neuroscience and mental health researchers are developing new treatments for a wide range of debilitating conditions including ADHD, depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's.
Cancer researchers at Cardiff University are improving outcomes for people living with some of the most common cancers such as breast, prostate and bowel, as well as those that are rarer or hard to treat.
