Story

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health.

With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

💚 CES+ are proud to support the Mental Health Foundation this Mental Health Awareness Week – 13 to 19 May 💚

This year’s theme is movement: moving more for our mental health.

Mental health is an important issue that affects us all. This Mental Health Awareness Week, let's come together to raise awareness and support for this important cause we're organizing a 12 hour colleague charity bike ride!

🚵The ride will take place on Wednesday and will start and finish at 6am-6pm⏰ Bike stations will be at all 3 of our assets: Easington Terminal @ the Health and Wellbeing Centre, at the Rough platform gym and at Woodland House Collaboration Corner.

Centrica will donate £25 for every 15 minutes of bike time completed and all proceeds from the ride will go towards Mental Health Awareness👍

So come on, let's get on our bikes and ride for a great cause!

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.
