This year for Central Staffs CrossFit’s charity hike, we will be completing a ~20km loop through the Peak District, up Kinder Scout!

This year we are walking for a local charity, Katherine House Hospice.

Katharine House provides free hospice care services in Mid Staffordshire for people faced with an illness that cannot be cured. Our aim is to enable our patients and those close to them to live as fully as possible and make the most of the time that's left.
