Story
Raystede is a charity that aims to give animals a better life through rehoming, rehabilitation, and sanctuary, and give people the support and knowledge they need to treat animals with care and respect. With nearly 70 years’ experience of caring for and rehoming animals, Raystede is Sussex’s biggest animal welfare charity, uniquely caring for a huge range of animals - from dogs, cats, and donkeys to rabbits, parrots, and alpacas.
As a vet practice, we deeply admire Raystede's work for animal welfare. The Coastway Lewes team, joined by some of our Brighton team, has decided the Lewes raft race on July 7th, 2024 is the perfect opportunity to raise some well-needed funds for Raystede Centre and help their very worthy cause.
Our target amount is £500. Please donate generously to support our challenge and come to see us (and throw some eggs) for the race!
