Cambridge-based charity CBM (Christian Blind Mission) is creating lasting change for millions of people living with sight loss and disabilities in the world’s poorest places. CBM works alongside people with disabilities in the world’s poorest places. CBM works alongside people with disabilities, their families and communities, providing access to sight-saving surgery, healthcare, education and a future where they can thrive. Rooted in Christian values, CBM believes that everyone should get the same chances in life no matter where they live in the world. Find out more at www.cbmuk.org.uk.

CBM’s eye health programme alone has saved the sight of tens of thousands of people worldwide who were afflicted with various conditions that would have led to blindness.

The charity also has programmes to aid deaf children, children born with cleft lips and palates, people with club foot and treatment for women suffering from obstetric fistulas.

CBM and partners have trained more than 200,000 doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals.
