Story

Excited to have signed up for the Toyota (GB) plc Charity Challenge with my KINTO UK colleagues!

In June a group of us will cycle through key Toyota and MND sites throughout the UK; starting in Portsmouth and finishing in Newcastle.

The challenge is set over 5 days and covers 420 miles and so any support would be greatly appreciated!

Motor Neurone Disease can affect anyone at any time and it affects up to 5,000 adults in the UK at any one time. Its a disease that attacks the nerves that control movement so muscles no longer work and sadly, is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease for which there is currently no cure.

Toyota staff voted for the MND Association to be shortlisted and were subsequently chosen for the partnership due to the Associations strong focus on mobility and wheelchair adaptation to enable more independence for people living with MND.

We are proud to be working together in our fundraising efforts; every pound counts in trying to help find a cure and care for those with this disease.
