Ruils Three Peaks Challenge 2024
Campaign by Ruils (RCN 1127896)
The Three Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) are the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. The challenge is to climb each of these three peaks one after the other.

Story

This year I am celebrating my 20th year at Ruils-Independent Living. It has been an incredible journey and I am honoured to have worked with amazing people - together making a huge difference to the lives of local people.

What better way to celebrate than taking on a new challenge. I am a firm believer that money should not be a barrier to good mental health. Sadly this is often the case. The people who most need help, not getting access to it.

I’m fundraising for two of our very important services - Our counselling service that provides a safe and supportive space for people to share and discuss their issues and concerns and find ways to cope. And our advice service for parents of children with special educational needs.

Every pence you give will go directly to funding this service.

I'm joining a team of 13 members of staff, volunteers and supporters taking on the Three Peaks Challenge for the first time. We'll be attempting to summit Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.

It's going to be a tough one! But with your help my efforts will help to change the lives of the people we support.
