To mark the significant occasion of my retirement after 35 years working for the NHS my oldest daughter, Ciara, and I have decided to take a leap - literally! We have booked a 13,000 ft skydive to celebrate this occasion and, more importantly, to raise money for a cause that is very close to our hearts: MS Ireland.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects the central nervous system, leading to a wide range of symptoms, including physical, mental and sometimes psychiatric problems. The research and care work that MS Ireland provides helps thousands of people across the country, including my sister.
