St John's means a lot to us both and we passionate about fundraising. As a local charity which provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions supporting a population area of 250,000 people in North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire. Jane and Catherine want to raise money so they can continue to care for our community which they have been doing every minute of every day since 1986.
