Story
As some of you may know I am approaching the end of my second round of munros. I have planned to climb my final Munro - Fionn Bheinn at Achnasheen on the 8th June , commencing 9am .All friends and family are welcome to participate .I have decided to raise money for pancreatic cancer UK - due to my dear sister in law Margaret losing her battle with this cruel illness. Donations may be made, if so desired at the link below. Following the walk teas , coffees and snacks will be provided at the Midge Bite Cafe in Auchnasheen . Look forward to seeing you all. ⛰️🎉😊
It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers, yet for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case.
Pancreatic Cancer UK is dedicated to taking on this injustice using every possible means. They're supporting people with pancreatic cancer now, campaigning, and funding vital research to transform the future. Help them to make the breakthroughs that people with pancreatic cancer so desperately need.
