I'm trekking in Vietnam for St Oswald's Hospice

Fundraising for St Oswald's Hospice Limited
£4,456
raised of £4,100 target
Event: Vietnam Hill Tribe Trek & Community Project, from 26 October 2024 to 5 November 2024
Raising money for St Oswald's Hospice by taking on a 5-day hill tribe trek into the remote and beautiful hills of Northern Vietnam in the Pù Luông Nature Reserve area plus a 2 day community project supporting a local palliative care unit.

Story

I'm taking on the Vietnam Hill Tribe Trek to raise much needed funds to support the work of St Oswald's Hospice. We'll be trekking 6-7 hours/20km a day for 5 days, across the Pù Luông Nature Reserve in Northern Vietnam. At the end, i'll also be participating in a Community Project, completing refurbishment type work for a local palliative care unit.

St Oswald's Hospice cares for babies, children, young people and adults with life limiting conditions, and supports their families too. We never imagine someone we know needing hospice care, but you never know what's going to happen! I've visited the hospice and seen the amazing work they do, bringing happiness and care to so many people when they need it most.

Every donation makes a difference and anything you can give right now is very much appreciated! Thank you for helping me to do something amazing for St Oswald's Hospice and encouraging me to take on such a huge personal challenge!
