I am making my catwalk debut. In a spectacular fashion show, in aid of Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity.

Each of the models in the show has had a cancer diagnosis. We will not only represent the diversity of the breast cancer community, we will show that it is still possible to #gograblife after a diagnosis.

Future Dreams House is the only dedicated breast cancer centre in the UK. It offers a wide range of therapies to help women with their emotional and physical wellbeing.

It provides vital services, that the NHS simply cannot.

Even a donation of £5 will make a huge difference.
