Story
As a result of the Nepal earthquake, many homes were destroyed with their families now struggling to survive. Some Sherpas and Nepali staff lost their lives as a result of the earthquake-induced avalanche on Everest.
Dr. Raj Joshi, from The Adventure Boutique, was fortunate enough to stay safe whilst on his way up to Mount Everest base camp when the earthquake hit.
The Adventure Boutique Foundation is helping with disaster relief operations in Nepal, as well as continuous funding to help the families of Sherpa's injured while on expeditions.
