Story
Three close friends have inspired this trek. All have parents being taken by Alzheimers.
A 26 mile trek is going to be arduous. The training will be long. The coastal route will be extreme, with large climbs and steep descents. Blisters are expected and many, many hours of training to bring my fitness up to standard for walking 26 miles over one day.
26 miles is going to be a challenge I’m keen to embrace whilst still in my 50th year.
I’m walking and training with a group of amazing friends.
