Story
In March this year, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I feel fortunate to be on a 'watch and wait' approach for now until my next scan. On this journey I have encountered individuals and families facing even greater challenges due to brain tumours. This realisation has inspired me to take action by participating in the '99 Miles in November Challenge 2024' alongside my sister-in-law, Catherine. Together, we aim to walk or even jog 99 miles to support the fight against brain tumours. This event offers a unique opportunity for everyone to contribute at their own pace through various activities such as walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, or even horseback riding. Our goal is to raise £150 for this important cause.
