I’m not quite sure how it’s happened but my daughter Bessie and I are taking part in the 1st Pantomime Horse Race for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, as a Zebra!

We are looking to raise at least £500 as we make racing history at Chester Racecourse on the 16th of September.

We can hardly believe we are going to race as a Pantomime Zebra in front of 20,000 people. Bessie will be "front" and yours truly will be "the rear end".
