The wild horses in Carova are a cherished part of our community and a unique part of our beautiful landscape. We passionately believe that we must safeguard these rare Banker horses as they are a link to our past, and a part of our daily lives for those of us that live here.

Protecting them is vital to maintaining the natural fabric and culture that we love here in Carova. Ever-expanding real estate development encroaches on their environment and the Corolla Wild Horse Fund is using donations to purchase vacant lots to protect their stomping grounds.

The Fund is committed to the preservation of the herd, one foal at a time and donations are the most significant way to allow them to continue nurturing this herd so that they can thrive for generations to come. These horses symbolize the true meaning of free spirit, as well as the love that we have for Carova, our lives here together, and for each other.
