I'm going to walk at least one mile a day – covering at least 40 miles in 40 days, to raise money and awareness for all those walking daily on the streets in search of hope. When they come to Mummy's work, they receive a cuppa; a biscuit and a listening ear. No judgement.
A shower; a clean change of clothing; an opportunity to see a nurse if needed and someone to help advocate on their behalf.
We know times are tough so if you cannot spare any money, drop your MP a message asking them to raise the issue of homelessness and the over reliance on temporary accommodation in Parliament. However, if you can sponsor me then that would make us happy.
